For beginners, understanding the principles of riding a mountain bike is the first lesson: control, one step at a time and practice. To ride on diverse terrains, you must learn how to rein the bike. At this training camp, Coach Dan will teach and demonstrate the techniques required to enjoy the fun and thrill of mountain bike riding.
