Amy’s yoga story began 10 years ago due to sports injury. In order to pass on the wisdom of yoga and healthy lifestyle to more people, she went on a journey in Thailand in 2015 for the first 200 hours of Hatha yoga teacher training, and has been teaching both private and group yoga classes in Taiwan and Europe since 2015.
She has worked with Adidas Runners Taipei, Salomon, and Elle magazine. She loves to connect with people, and will continue to value the space that yoga creates to be present, sit still with herself and dive deep into mind and breath
